New Employees Embark on Immersive Production Line Training at Hilinks Technology Co., Ltd.
Dongguan, China – In a bid to cultivate the next generation of manufacturing excellence, Hilinks Technology Co., Ltd recently welcomed a group of new employees for an intensive, hands-on training program at its state-of-the-art production facility in Dongguan. This immersive onboarding initiative, spanning two weeks, provided trainees with comprehensive exposure to the company's advanced manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and corporate culture.
Under the guidance of senior production managers and technical experts, the trainees embarked on a detailed tour of the 30,000-square-meter facility, witnessing the entire production cycle from raw material preparation to final quality inspection. The program featured interactive sessions at key workstations, where participants learned to operate precision equipment such as CNC machining centers, automatic dispensing machines, and PIM testers—critical tools for manufacturing Hilinks' high-performance RF components like Multiband Combiners, Power Splitters, and
Directional Couplers.

"Our automated production lines and rigorous quality standards demand not just technical skills, but also a deep understanding of how each step contributes to product reliability." Trainees practiced assembling prototype units and participated in real-time quality checks, gaining insights into the company's < -160dBc low intermodulation standards and 96% rolled throughput yield targets.
Beyond technical training, the program emphasized Hilinks' core values of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. New hires attended workshops on lean manufacturing principles and the company's ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system. They also explored Hilinks' diverse product portfolio, learning how solutions like 5G-ready Hybrid Combiners and ultra-wideband POI systems address global telecom challenges.
